Our policies on returns, exchanges, shipping, and privacy.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and the size you'd like to exchange for.

Please note: We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges are available for size swaps on eligible items only.

Items must be returned in their original condition. OASA reserves the right to decline exchanges on items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.

Shipping

Free shipping on all orders within South Africa.

Orders are dispatched via courier within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

OASA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside of our control.

How to Order

All orders are placed directly via WhatsApp. Simply select your collection and size on our website and tap the "Order via WhatsApp" button.

Our team will confirm your order, share payment details (EFT or other available options), and arrange delivery once payment is received.

Privacy Policy

OASA The Label respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during the ordering process (name, contact details, delivery address) is used solely for fulfilling your order.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you subscribe to our email list, your email address will be used only to send OASA updates and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.
